Lauro Osiro holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo (1998) and Administration from the Centro Universitário Central Paulista (2009); MSc (2001) and PhD (2013) in Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo. He is Adjunct Professor of Quality and Operations Management at the Department of Production Engineering at the Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro. His research interests are focused on quality management and supply management, with the use of Multicriteria and Fuzzy Variables.
